About the director.

Born in Houston Texas, our owner — Nitzia came to Virginia to visit family, and fell in love with the place, that she decided to settle here. Originally coming from a retail and music distribution background, Nitzia fell into the dental field working as a dental assistant for many years. While working as a dental assistant, her husband was working in the roofing industry. It is here where she noticed how contractors had such a bad reputation for not providing good customer service. Previously working in retail meant that she knew how important customer service was. Nitzia is a big believer in customer service and that you sometimes don’t get a second “first impression”.

Our smile is our logo, your personality is your business card. How you leave others feeling after the interaction become your trademark. This is where Nitzia decided it was time to build a company based on quality work, and great customer service.
